• No refunds for partial months

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service

7. Gmail API Usage

By using CleanInbox, you grant us permission to access your Gmail account with read-only permission. We will only use this access to identify promotional emails and extract unsubscribe links. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings.

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We don't guarantee 100% successful unsubscribes
• Some unsubscribe links may not work
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

9. Limitation of Liability

CleanInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and never reading your email content.

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law
